What Is LoopFX?LoopFX is a dark pool pioneering a new protocol in Foreign Exchange called PeerToBank matching.
LoopFX allows Asset Managers and Banks to match large offsetting trades with zero information leakage at a mid-market rate.
Asset Managers access LoopFX within their existing workflows through collaborations with market leading platforms like FX Connect.
Banks are paid for liquidity matched in LoopFX, completely reversing the paradigm.
A new protocol in FX
- 1. RFS, 2. Send to Algo.. And now, 3. Send to LoopFX.
- LoopFX facilitates PeerToBank matches and PeerToPeer matches.
- By keeping Banks central to matching in LoopFX, the FX ecosystem is respected and improved for all.
Improving Best Execution
- If a match is found, execution costs are reduced.
- If no match is found, Best Execution processes are improved.
Mid-Market matching
- LoopFX matches Asset Managers and Banks at a mid-market rate, reducing execution costs.
Reducing Signalling Risk & Market Impact
- Signalling risk is mitigated as matches are firm and not visible to other participants.
- Market Impact risk is reduced by matching large trades silently.
Market Leading Platform Integrations
- LoopFX’s open architecture provides integration to existing trading platforms.
- Users are able access LoopFX directly via the FX markets most widely used platform, FX Connect.
A new risk management outlet
- Both Asset Managers and Banks have a new tool to manage risk.
